Factory tour

Please note the tour price change from 9 February 2026. Admission for adults and children is BYN 48 with a master class and gifts, or BYN 39 without a master class and gifts per participant.

The Krasny Pishchevik confectionery factory invites you on an educational and engaging tour!

We will tell you about the history of the oldest enterprise in the Mogilev region and the technological details of making wholesome desserts, and show how marshmallow and marmalade — favourites for generations — are made.

You will get to taste freshly made sweets and even take part in creating them. We promise you will leave with positive emotions and useful knowledge!

Opening hours:

• Tuesday and Thursday at 12:00

Tour price per person:

• With a master class and a gift — BYN 48
• Without a master class and a gift — BYN 39
• Payment is possible by bank transfer (payment order) or via the “Oplati” and “E-POS” payment systems

Important information for factory visitors:

• Individual tours are not offered. Groups must have at least 10 visitors and no more than 15
• Minimum visitor age is 10 years
• Groups of children under 18 must include at least two accompanying adults responsible for the minors’ health and safety
• Children must have health certificates confirming the absence of infectious diseases
• Only visitors with no medical contraindications for visiting food production facilities are admitted
• To book a tour, download, fill in and email to tourism@zefir.by (subject “Excursion”) the tour application, visitor list, certificate for production visits (for schoolchildren/students), and guest questionnaire
• Before booking, contact the tour specialist at tourism@zefir.by to confirm an available date. Completed documents must be submitted no later than 7 business days before the tour date.

If the approved tour programme changes or the tour cannot take place on the scheduled day due to production circumstances, the Organiser must notify the Client one day before the tour date. The date and time will then be rescheduled by mutual agreement.

IMPORTANT! The administration of OJSC Krasny Pishchevik reserves the right to remove anyone who violates the occupational health and fire safety instructions during the tour.
